About You

I'm looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the work they deliver, takes pride in their projects and genuinely wants to be part of a business where they can continue to grow.

You will ideally have

- A current WA Electrical Licence - this is essential for the position.
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial electrical sector, with more extensive experience highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering commercial electrical projects valued at $3m in Australia.




- A strong background working within a Tier 1 or leading commercial electrical contractor.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing project and site teams.
- A valuable commercial understanding of budgets, forecasting, labour, materials and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical industry regulations.
- The ability to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, builders, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing commercial electrical projects from initial planning through to completion, with responsibility across the commercial, operational and technical aspects of delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and managing multi-million-dollar commercial electrical projects from planning through to delivery and handover.
- Managing project budgets and forecasting labour, materials and equipment requirements.
- Coordinating daily site activities and overseeing project teams.
- Managing project programmes, reporting, scheduling and progress tracking.
- Liaising closely with clients, builders, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with Australian Standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
- Conducting and overseeing site inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Providing practical technical and engineering solutions throughout project delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and internal processes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of safety, quality and project delivery.
