We invite an experienced Employment Compliance Manager to oversee our Asia Pacific people policies and practices for Stores, Field Operations and Support Centres.
(Please note this is a full-time office role in our Hawthorn Global HQ in Melbourne)
The Role The Employment Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Lovisa's employment compliance framework across all jurisdictions in which the business operates.
· Ensure employment practices, documentation, systems and controls comply with applicable employment legislation, industrial instruments and Lovisa policies and procedures.
· Monitor legislative change
· Conduct risk-based employment compliance audits
· Oversee corrective actions
· Strengthen employment lifecycle controls
· Provide practical compliance advice to People & Talent and business leaders
· Promote consistent, legally compliant and operationally effective employment practices across Lovisa

Who you are
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant employment law, workplace relations, audit,
risk or compliance qualification is desirable.
· Experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workplace relations, employment law, audit or risk within a multinational, multi-site or highly regulated organisation.
· Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, employment lifecycle controls and documentation requirements, with the ability to coordinate obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
· Demonstrated audit, analytical, reporting and project management capability, with exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, confidentiality, sound judgement and confidence to escalate non-compliance.
