This is an ideal opportunity for university/TAFE students or recent graduates looking to build practical experience in human services while earning an income.
If you're studying Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Criminology or a related discipline, this role will give you valuable hands-on experience working directly with people, employers and the community.

Your role The Employment Mentor plays a critical role in transforming the lives of people living with disability, injury or health conditions by supporting them to achieve and maintain sustainable employment outcomes. The role works collaboratively with participants to understand their individual strengths, needs, preferences and goals, providing tailored support throughout their employment journey.
The Employment Mentor also develops strong relationships with local employers, community organisations and key stakeholders to create inclusive employment opportunities and pathways. Through participant-focused support and employer engagement, this role contributes to Campbell Page's purpose of preparing people for work, engaging local communities, and creating, capturing and connecting people to jobs.

Your key responsibilities
- Support participants to identify strengths, goals and employment pathways, providing tailored assistance throughout their employment journey.
- Develop participant job readiness, confidence and employability skills to support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Provide pre-employment, placement and post-placement support to participants and employers.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organisations and key stakeholders to create employment opportunities.
- Conduct employer engagement and reverse marketing activities to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
- Manage participant caseloads and implement strategies to achieve contractual and organisational targets.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and evidence in accordance with compliance and reporting requirements.
- Utilise organisational systems and performance data to monitor outcomes and inform service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional participant and employer experiences while upholding Campbell Page's values and reputation.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing and participant-focused team culture.
Your specific work capabilities (selection criteria)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, employment services, disability services, community services or a related field, with the ability to support participants with diverse and complex needs.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload, achieve performance targets and work effectively within compliance, administrative and reporting frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of employment services, participant-centred service delivery, employer engagement practices and local labour market opportunities.
- Understanding of disability, injury and health conditions, including the barriers and supports that contribute to sustainable employment outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and utilise data to manage performance.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants, employers, community organisations and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional participant experiences and achieving sustainable employment outcomes.
- A proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach, aligned with Campbell Page's values and purpose.
- Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III in Disability Services or a related qualification, together with relevant professional development, is desirable.

- Working with Children Check.

- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to travel within the local service area as required.
