KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Grow the Australian outsourcing and staff augmentation book, working primarily from established partner and client relationships rather than cold prospecting
- Open and close partner channel agreements with global systems integrators, consultancies and outsourcing intermediaries who subcontract delivery capacity
- Open and close direct client agreements for outsourced delivery and staff augmentation
- Own the MSA process end to end: commercial terms, rate cards, margin structure and coordination with legal through to execution
- Qualify every requirement against Mitra delivery capacity and bench availability before committing to a client, and set rates that hold the gross profit target
- Own the commercial relationship after signature: rate reviews, extensions, scope changes and headcount growth within existing engagements
- Work with talent acquisition and delivery on candidate fit, time to fill and replacement risk, since the margin depends on the quality and stability of the placement
- Maintain a forecast of contracted gross profit by quarter, and flag shortfall against the quarterly target early enough for it to be acted on




- Report performance to business unit against the quarterly target and the agreed objectives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- An established and current network across partner organisations and direct clients in the Australian market, activable from day one. This is the primary qualification for the role
- Years in engagement management, account management or talent acquisition for IT outsourcing or staff augmentation, with the commercial side of that work owned rather than supported
- Demonstrated record of carrying and hitting a gross profit or margin number rather than a revenue or headcount number
- Experience negotiating and executing MSAs, rate cards and framework agreements with large enterprises and global systems integrators
- Understanding of offshore and blended delivery models, and the commercial mechanics that produce margin in them
- Comfortable working to a quarterly target, with the discipline to land contracts inside the quarter
- Credible with procurement and vendor management functions as well as hiring managers, since the MSA and the requirement rarely sit with the same person
- Australian work rights and based in Australia
