What you'll be doing As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll use your clinical knowledge, communication skills and person-centred approach to support positive outcomes for patients.

- Deliver and evaluate safe, evidence-based nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Support assessment, care planning and coordination of patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Prioritise competing demands while maintaining protected, compassionate care

Essential Criteria

- Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
