Wattle Range Council is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Engineer to join our Engineering team. We welcome applications from engineering cadets, recent graduates,
developing engineers and experienced professionals, with remuneration and responsibilities tailored to qualifications, experience and demonstrated capability.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the provision of specialist technical advice in support of Council's engineering, traffic and asset management functions. The role involves:
- providing advice, training and support to development applications and approval for road related permits,
- analyzing and reporting on capital works,
- major maintenance and operating projects to foster continuous improvement, and
- monitoring, maintaining and complying with all of Council's policies, procedures and legislative requirements within assigned delegations of authority.
