Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and student-focussed Teacher to lead our Middle School and College English and HASS programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a caring and exceptional educational environment for all students.
- Apply a thorough understanding of the curriculum and utilise effective teaching methodologies.
- Create engaging and effective learning experiences to teach secondary students.
- Assist in designing and maintaining vibrant learning environments that reflect Bold Park’s commitment to inquiry-based, collaborative, and creative education.
- Other duties as directed by the Team Leader / Principal.
Essential Qualities
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and current registration with Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Lead Educators must fulfil the “Proficient Levels” in all of the AITSL Australian National Standards for Teachers.
- An ability to foster positive relationships with students, with a commitment to their personal growth.
- High levels of skill in teaching and experience in developing, implementing and evaluating curriculum and a willingness to innovate in order to find better practices.
- Highly developed skills in the application of technology as a learning, teaching and management tool.
- Passionate about innovative and project-based learning in a collegial team environment.
- Experience in and preparedness to contribute to the School’s extra-curricular programs.
- An excellent knowledge of contemporary educational issues and directions, especially in your specific learning area.
- Ensure child safety and compliance with the Bold Park Community School (BPCS) Child Protection Policyat all times.

- Familiarity with the Reggio Emiliaapproach or experience working in a social constructivist educational environment.
