About the role
What this role actually is.As a Client Success Manager at License and Scale, you own the client relationship from onboarding through to the result they paid for. Clients come in expecting an outcome. Your job is to make sure they get it, stay engaged, and become a case study, not a churn stat.
You are the single point of contact who keeps clients moving. You run onboarding, set expectations, drive accountability, and spot risk before it turns into a cancellation. You know where every client is in their journey and what they need next.
This seat lives at the intersection of relationship and results. You are part coach, part project manager, part advocate. Retention, satisfaction, and client outcomes are the numbers you own.
