Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and support solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Design and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and system integrations.
- Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements and platform standards.
- Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
- Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to deliver effective digital solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development and support.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable,



and supportable solutions.
- Experience with application deployments, release management, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of platform governance, security controls, compliance, and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing and supporting Power Pages applications.

Desirable skills:

- Experience with Azure integrations, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices.
- Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as HR, Finance, SharePoint, or CRM systems.
