We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional care for our patients

This role will include both chair side assisting duties as well as some aspects of dental reception tasks. Therefore prior experience in both areas is highly desirable

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

- previous experience working within the dental field is preferable

- empathy and relationship building skills to enhance new patient numbers and existing patient retention for business growth




- strong time management skills and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- solution focused approach and ability to maintain composure under stress
- ability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback graciously
- displays outstanding computer skills (knowledge of Exact software is beneficial)

- reliable and trustworthy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES chair-side dental assisting sterilization and infection control handling some front desk duties

- experience with appointment book management
- required to assist the team in all areas of the practice as needed
- account processing including HICAPS/Medicare/Vets Affairs/Govt Vouchers
- maintaining policies and protocols
- ensure facilities and equipment are suitably maintained
