Hours & Location
This is a full-time role worked across 4 days per week — enjoy one weekday off every week!
- 3 days per week: 7:30am – 5:30pm
- 1 day per week: 7:00am – 7:00pm (includes paid travel time)
This role is primarily based in Bundaberg, with weekly travel to our Maryborough and Hervey Bay practices, alternating between Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The best part? You’ll travel with the team. We carpool, enjoy a few laughs along the way, plus a travel and meal allowance are provided on travel days.
About the Role
In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you will:
- Provide high-quality chairside assistance to our Orthodontist and Oral Health Therapists
- Deliver exceptional care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey
- Assist with patient records, including photos and 3D scans/impressions
- Help coordinate the daily flow of the clinic
- Support stock management and day-to-day clinic organisation
- Assist with administrative tasks when needed
- Liaise with clinical providers and reception regarding individual patient needs
- Embrace ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
About You
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but not essential
- Applicants with transferable skills from veterinary nursing or other healthcare/customer-focused industries are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with genuine team spirit
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Australian or Current Zealand Citizenship required
