- Have robust Windows, EUC, Desktop Support, and Tech Zone experience
- Be willing to travel and work onsite across multiple locations
Key Activities
- Laptop and device swaps
- Windows Hello setup and configuration
- Email, Teams, SharePoint validation
- Drive and printer mapping
- YubiKey collection and setup
- Kiosk and shared device deployment
- Application validation and first-line issue resolution
- Asset tracking and documentation
- Device staging, rebuilds, and re-imaging
- Travel between hub and remote sites as required
Locations Resources will be required to work across:
- Docklands
- Long Island Point (LIP)
- Longford Gas Plant
- Sale
- Barry Beach Marine Terminal
- Heliport
Additionally, device staging and rebuild activities will be performed from Docklands and Longford build rooms.
