About the role

We have an opportunity for a Director to be part of our Insurance and Legal team within our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Command. The role is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational outcomes of the NSW Police Force’s Enhanced Police Support Scheme (EPSS), workers compensation and personal injury insurance arrangements. The role provides strategic direction, high-level advice and specialist services to support effective and sustainable personal injury insurance schemes.

It delivers expertise in dispute resolution, scheme governance, policy development, compliance and performance insights and reporting. The role influences operational practices across claims, data and legal functions to optimise outcomes, manage risk and support the organisation’s overall objectives.
