Enjoyability Care Services is currently seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. We are looking for both male and female support workers, who can provide consistent, high-quality support to NDIS participants across the Liverpool, Campbelltown, and Mount Druitt areas.

About the Role

- Male or female support worker welcome
- Community access and capacity-building supports
- Behaviour support experience highly regarded

- Personal care experience essential
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and skilled in complex situations
- Availability for ongoing, consistent shifts preferred

Essential Requirements

✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check ✔ Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

✔ Full Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

✔ Comprehensive Car Insurance

✔ Smartphone and confidence using mobile apps for documentation





✔ Excellent communication and professional boundaries

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
