What we offer:
- Competitive hourly and penalty rates based on the SCHADS award as below:
Daytime ($46.01) | Evening ($48.28) | Night ($49.12) | Saturday ($60.44) | Sunday ($80.68) | Public Holiday ($90.12) |

Your responsibilities in supporting people with disability:
- Promoting independence and assisting people with disability in their daily routines such as household tasks, personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in skill-building exercises.
- Implementing and following individualised plans (e.g. behaviour support plans, mobility plans) and employing a trauma-informed lens.
- Supporting people with disability to community events, appointments and social outings.
- Administering medication (training provided).
- Writing high quality and accurate shift notes. (training provided).
- Fulfilling our core values Responsive, Caring, Honest, and Creative in your everyday support.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a relevant certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in a field related to disability support, or be actively pursuing relevant qualifications. OR Have at least 3 months of experience in supporting people with disability.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check requirements.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- National Police Check within the last 12 months.
- A valid and current drivers' licence, and your own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviours (highly desired).
* Willingness to obtain the necessary requirements prior to commencement of employment is acceptable Pay: From $46.01 per hour
