The Mental Health Casual Pool provides flexible nursing coverage across a wide range of inpatient units and community-based mental health services throughout the Local Health District (LHD).
Community-based mental health services also operate across the LHD, offering a variety of clinical environments and opportunities to broaden your experience.
Whether you prefer to work in a particular specialty or enjoy experiencing different mental health settings, the Casual Pool gives you the flexibility to choose where and when you work, based on service requirements and your availability. Opportunities also exist to work within and alongside the award-winning YAMHS Wiyiliin Ta Yimamulinbinkaan Aboriginal Mental Health Service. Casual nursing offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to fit work around your lifestyle.
