Your Leadership Role

As Veterinary Director, you will:

- Lead and mentor a skilled, collaborative veterinary and nursing team
- Champion evidence‑based, preventative and best‑practice medicine
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, learning, and accountability
- Guide clinical standards, workflows, and team development
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and the local community

Requirements

- BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in NSW
- Significant experience in small animal general practice
- Demonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
