We are currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators, All Round Operators & Excavator Operators to join Mt Carlton Gold Mine in North Queensland. Myndshift Group supports a number of industries including mining, civil construction, and heavy engineering. Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a respected international mining contractor, leading the restart of a major gold operation in North Queensland. This is an exciting prospect to join the project during a significant growth phase and play a key role in its next chapter. Working with a leading international mining contractor, you'll operate a variety of production equipment within a hard rock open-cut mining environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a project during a major growth phase with excellent long-term career prospects and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

About the Role:





We are seeking experienced operators across Production to support production activities across site. This is a hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.

Roles Include:

- Excavator Operators (Liebherr 9150 Excavators & Hitachi EX1200 Excavators)
- All Round Operators (CAT 980 & 988 Loaders, CAT D9 & D10 Dozers and 14M & 12M Graders)
- Haul Truck Operators (CAT 777 or similar haul class)

What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated hard rock open-cut mining experience
- Strong commitment to safe production practices and achieving operational targets
- Ability to work within a high-performing production team
- Current Driver's License
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Additional mobile plant operating experience highly regarded
