About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive, Super SA, the Director, Brand, Product and Retirement is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for shaping and delivering Super SA’s brand, marketing, product and retirement strategies to strengthen member engagement, enhance organisational reputation and deliver outstanding member outcomes.





The Director will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies, oversee Super SA’s product portfolio and retirement offering, and champion a member-centric approach across the organisation. Drawing on member insights, research, data and market intelligence, the role will drive innovation and continuous improvement to ensure Super SA’s products, services and engagement initiatives remain relevant and responsive to evolving member needs.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director will also contribute to organisational strategy and transformation while ensuring strong governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across their portfolio.

About You

- Demonstrated experience leading diverse customer, marketing, product and service portfolios at a senior executive level, with the ability to translate organisational strategy into clear business outcomes and influence decision-making across complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing, brand and communication strategies that strengthen organisational reputation, enhance engagement and deliver measurable business and member outcomes.
- Significant experience leading product, service or customer proposition development, including the design and delivery of innovative solutions that respond to customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements. Experience within retirement, financial services or member-focused environments is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in driving member or customer experience strategies, using insights, research and data to improve engagement, satisfaction, service delivery and organisational performance.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks, with experience operating within highly regulated environments and ensuring sound decision-making and accountability.
- Sound knowledge of financial advice, superannuation and retirement frameworks, including the ability to oversee advice functions,



manage regulatory obligations and maintain strong governance and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, building organisational capability and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and service excellence.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice to executive leaders and boards and translate complex information into practical and measurable outcomes.
- A relevant degree qualification in a discipline such as Business, Marketing or Communications or demonstrated executive level experience.
- Demonstrated background in leading a safe, professional and inclusive workplace by upholding and supporting adherence to legislative and policy requirements and embedding practices that sustain a respectful and inclusive organisational culture.
