We are partnering with a high-growth Australian infrastructure and property business to appoint a General Manager, Corporate Communications.

The organisation is entering a significant period of growth and corporate activity and is looking for an experienced communications leader to build and lead its corporate communications function.

This is a senior, high-impact position working closely with the executive leadership team, Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing and external advisers. The role will be responsible for shaping the corporate narrative, protecting and enhancing the organisation's reputation and establishing the communications frameworks required as the business continues to evolve.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and lead the corporate communications and reputation strategy
- Own and evolve the organisation's corporate narrative
- Act as a trusted communications adviser to senior executives and leadership
- Lead relationships with financial, business and corporate media
- Lead communications risk, reputation, issues and crisis management
- Work closely with Investor Relations, Legal and external advisers on market-sensitive communications
- Support capital markets communications and preparation for a potential future listed-company environment
- Establish strong governance, approval and communications processes




- Work across major corporate, development and operational milestones
- Partner with Brand and Marketing to ensure consistency across external communications
- Build and develop the corporate communications function and external agency relationships

We are interested in speaking with senior communications professionals who bring:

- Significant corporate communications or corporate affairs experience
- Experience within an ASX-listed, infrastructure, property, energy or similarly complex corporate workplace
- Strong understanding of capital markets and listed-company communications
- Experience working closely with Investor Relations, Legal and senior executives
- Strong financial and business media relationships
- Demonstrated experience in reputation, issues and communications risk management
- An understanding of governance, disclosure and formal communications processes
- The judgement and executive presence to operate credibly with senior leadership
- A combination of strategic capability and willingness to operate in a fast-moving, growing organisation
