Carson Cafe in Pascoe Vale is looking for an experienced Barista / FOH All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team.
Friday nights are key to this role, with additional daytime shifts available.
We’re looking for someone who is switched-on, energetic, confident and charismatic, with a little bit of sass — someone who brings great energy and personality to the room and knows how to create a great vibe for customers.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience
- Bartending experience is essential
- Confident barista with strong espresso and latte art skills
- Valid RSA
- Naturally outgoing and engaging with customers
- Reliable, proactive and switched-on
- Confident working independently and running the cafe solo during the day when required
- Able to open and close independently
- Strong team player
The Role
- Coffee and espresso service
- Bartending and drinks service
- Customer and table service
- Basic food preparation
- Dishes, cleaning and general cafe duties
- Opening and closing
- Running daytime service independently when required
