Bayswater Bar & Grill is growing, and we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team!
We’re hiring across F&B; Levels 2–5, as well as mid-level management opportunities, for people who know hospitality, enjoy leading from the front and thrive in a busy venue environment.
Whether you’re an experienced bartender, floor superstar, supervisor or an established hospitality manager, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and level, you could be involved in:
- Delivering friendly, attentive service across the venue
- Taking orders and providing food and beverage service
- Working across the bar, floor, bistro and other FOH areas
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
- Supporting busy service periods and creating a great guest experience
- Assisting with venue operations and day-to-day service
- Leading and supporting FOH teams
- Coaching and developing team members
- Helping drive service standards, team performance and venue results
- Supporting the management team with smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of experience levels,
from experienced F&B; team members through to mid-level management.
You’ll ideally bring
- Previous hospitality experience highly regarded but not mandatory
- Robust food and beverage or bar experience
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, hands-on approach
- Reliability and flexibility across a 7-day roster
- For senior roles, experience leading teams and supporting venue operations
- Current QLD RSA – essential
- Australian working rights
