We’re on the hunt for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

We’re looking for someone with flair, strong organisation skills, a warm and engaging personality, solid wine knowledge, and a genuine love of Asian cuisine, to work collaboratively with our Venue Manager in driving a culture of excellence throughout our venue.

The Golden Pig is open as a restaurant on Wednesday–Saturday for dinner, and Friday & Saturday for lunch, and as a function space and cooking school at other times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Venue Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead by example on the floor and ensure smooth FOH operations during service
- Drive a high performance and continually improving culture
- Train all FOH staff in restaurant process




- Effectively multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service and team communication
- Uphold workplace health and safety practices at all times
- Confident in delegating tasks

About You:

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Reliable, proactive, and professional in presentation and attitude
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Taking orders, serving food & drinks, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Utilisation of Booking, POS and other managment tools.

Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
