About the role

Yallingup Maze is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front of House team member to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis. Based in Yallingup, this role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our venue is known for. As Front of House, you will be the face of our establishment, creating positive first impressions and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, making them feel welcome and valued
- Selling tickets to our maze and world class mini-golf course
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Making coffee's and other cafe drinks
- Making and serving food from our cafe style menu
- Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Clearing tables promptly and efficiently whilst maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment
- Addressing guest enquiries and resolving any concerns with courtesy and discretion
- Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials and recommendations to assist guests
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to health and safety standards and hospitality best practices

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a hospitality, waiting staff or front-of-house role within a restaurant, café or similar establishment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues
- Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
- coffee making experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times




- Good organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with willingness to maintain compliance
- Flexibility and reliability, with availability for various shift patterns including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach to contributing to a collaborative work environment
- RSA required
- we are open 7 days a week, must be available to work on weekends
