We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full time Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a residential strata site in Hurstville.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards throughout residential apartment buildings and common areas.
Your duties will include
- Cleaning entry foyers, hallways, lifts and shared common areas
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floor surfaces
- Auto-scrubbing tiled and paved areas
- Cleaning glass doors, mirrors and internal glass panels
- Dusting ledges, handrails, skirting boards and other high-touch surfaces
- Removing cobwebs from accessible areas
- Cleaning bin rooms and transporting general waste and recycling in accordance with site procedures
- Cleaning and deodorising garbage rooms and waste facilities
- Spot cleaning walls, signage, intercoms and other common area fixtures
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage to the Building Manager
- Following cleaning schedules and site safety procedures
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Experience cleaning residential strata or apartment buildings is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Reliable,
punctual and self-motivated
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including waste handling and moving bins
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Full Australian working rights
