Blue Tongue Landscaping and Maintenance is a well-established business providing high-quality garden maintenance services across residential and commercial properties. We work alongside our landscaping division and offer consistent, ongoing work for the right people.

Due to continued demand, we’re looking for reliable Garden Maintenance team members to join us with an immediate start. This role is casual initially, with full-time hours worked over a 4-day week.

Strong performers may be offered permanent full-time roles, and exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time from the outset.

The role You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens to a high standard, including:

- Lawn mowing, edging, weeding and pruning
- Mulching and general garden upkeep
- Maintaining residential and commercial sites
- Safe use of tools and equipment
- Assisting with other maintenance or landscaping tasks as required

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
- Driver licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
