Neurodiverse Playhouse is looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert to help us build and implement an intelligent, streamlined automation system across our growing allied health and early intervention business.

Neurodiverse Playhouse is a neurodivergent-affirming, play-based hub supporting children, adolescents and their families. We bring a range of allied health and therapeutic services together in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

We currently operate across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Melbourne and are looking for an experienced automation specialist who can help us create efficient systems that improve our client journey, reduce administration and support the growth of our business.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel Automation and Integration Specialist with the ability to connect and automate workflows between Cliniko and GoHighLevel.

The successful applicant will review our current systems and help us design, build and optimise automations across the entire client journey.

This may include

- Integrating Cliniko with GoHighLevel
- Building automated workflows and pipelines
- Creating enquiry and lead management systems
- Automating follow-up communication
- Creating new client enquiry and onboarding workflows
- Automating appointment reminders and follow-ups where appropriate
- Developing systems to follow up enquiries that do not convert into bookings
- Creating reactivation campaigns for previous clients
- Automating review and feedback requests
- Developing email and SMS workflows
- Creating internal staff notifications and task automation
- Building dashboards and reporting systems
- Improving lead tracking and conversion visibility
- Automating marketing and nurture campaigns
- Creating location-specific workflows for Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne




- Connecting relevant third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make or similar integration tools
- Identifying opportunities to reduce manual administration and repetitive tasks

Experience Required We are specifically looking for someone with robust hands-on GoHighLevel experience.

You should have experience with:

- GoHighLevel workflow automation
- CRM setup and optimisation
- Pipelines and opportunity management
- Email and SMS automation
- Webhooks and API integrations
- Zapier and/or Make
- Complex multi-step automation workflows
- Data mapping and system integrations
- Troubleshooting automation issues
- Reporting and conversion tracking

Experience integrating GoHighLevel with Cliniko or other healthcare/allied health practice management systems will be highly regarded. Experience working with healthcare, allied health, NDIS, therapy, education or service-based businesses would also be an advantage.
