About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Grass Maintenance Worker to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves general grounds upkeep, mowing, and brush‑cutting, spraying work across sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical skills, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate mowing equipment and undertake regular grass‑cutting duties.
- Perform brush‑cutter and general grounds maintenance tasks.
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and contribute to a safe work setting.
- Work across various outdoor sites, sometimes in physically demanding conditions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and onsite personnel.

Essential Requirements





- Light Ridged (Truck) Licence - required for vehicle and equipment operation.
- White Card - Construction Induction Card (mandatory).
- Working With Children Check - must be valid and current.
- Experience and willingness to undertake brush‑cutter and spraying work.
- Solid knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices.
- Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in outdoor environments.
- Traffic control tickets (Desired)

What's on offer?

- Up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis
