About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join us. The hands-on roles requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to undertake physical work. You’ll help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, from regular garden upkeep to landscape improvements. Working across a variety of sites, you’ll play an key role in keeping grounds tidy, healthy, and visually appealing year-round.

Key Responsibilities

Ride on mower and brush cutter operations

Mow, edge, mulch, and maintain gardens and grounds

Prune, hedge, trim, and slash as needed

Weed control (manual and chemical) and fertilising

General cleanups, waste removal, and maintenance of appearance

Use mobile technology for tracking, reporting, and team communication

Maintain tools and vehicles in excellent working order

Ensure safety and quality standards are always met

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Ability to safely operate and maintain mowing and gardening equipment.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in landscaping, gardening,



or a related field.

Competent using powered garden equipment including mowers, trimmers, and slashers.

Full driver’s licence and confidence towing a trailer.

National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.

Legal right to work in Australia.

A team player with good communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Reliable and punctual. ?

Desirable:

Horticulture or landscaping qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Arboriculture, Paving and or Concreting experience will be highly regarded

Chemcert Certificate, Chainsaw training, MC Licence, First Aid Certification
