You'll deliver contaminated land projects while helping improve how the team manages, interprets and presents its spatial data. You'll become a go-to person for spatial data within the team while gradually taking on more project management responsibility, delivering the full contaminated land lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate field programs and the spatial datasets that sit behind them
- Use QGIS to organise, interpret and communicate environmental data
- Turn field results into useful mapping, analysis and technically strong reports
- Manage contaminated land investigations from fieldwork through reporting
- Start taking greater ownership of budgets, programs and project delivery
- Bring ideas around GIS and data management that can improve how the wider team works
About you
- Around 3-6 years' environmental consulting experience
- Contaminated land experience across fieldwork,
investigation and reporting
- Working knowledge of QGIS and a genuine interest in spatial data and interpretation
- Environmental Science, Engineering or related degree
