Aitken Partners is looking for a Associate/Senior Associate level lawyer who embodies the above to join its reputable Wills and Estates practice and work with accredited specialists and experienced lawyers.

The position will allow you to work on a variety of related matters, mostly estate litigation and VCAT guardianship/administration, but also probates and succession planning. We also offer versatile working opportunities based on experience and business needs.

To be successful you must have a keen passion for Wills and Estates and significant experience in the area to complement our team. Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time management skills and ability to run files are essential requirements as is your ability to use your initiative to solve issues that may arise. An existing referral network will be highly regarded, but not necessary.
