Together, these brands span the full residential market, with an ambitious vision to become one of Australia's most respected residential building groups. We have an exciting opening for a Estimator to join our growing team. About the Role In this role, yourkey responsibilities will include:

- Sales Estimating
- Tender Management
- Production Estimating
- Purchase order creation and management
- Take-offs
- Obtaining quotes
- Maintaining relationships and negotiating with trades and suppliers
- Complete pre-construction estimating plan checks
- Liaise with site supervisors, drafting, internal and external stakeholders
- Establishing systems to assist with estimating and internal business processes.
- Monitoring job profitability and manage budgets

About you: This role is suited to someone who is driven, with attention to detail, and is numbers focused. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and liaising regularly with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.



This role is most suited for someone willing to make it their own, take on responsibility, and play a key role in the business.

Past estimating or engineering experience is favorable. All necessary training will be provided for the successful candidate. This role is based in Mount Gravatt, QLD.
