About The Role As an Evaluation Data Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of monitoring and evaluation activities across Regional Programs & Partnerships. You will support the collection, management, analysis and reporting of data that underpins evaluation findings and helps drive evidence-based decision making

- Analyse and interpret data to support program evaluation.
- Create dashboards, reports and visual insights.
- Improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Deliver evidence that informs decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders across diverse programs.

About You You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. You can confidently work with data, communicate findings clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You Will Have

- Demonstrated experience collecting, managing, analysing, and reporting on data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets.




- Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or similar software. (Essential)
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively through reports, dashboards, visualisations, and presentations. (Essential)
