Exercise Physiologist/Physio available:

Location: Unified Exercise Clinic, McKinnon, VIC

Employment: Contractor

Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Start date: 19 October 2026, with potential for an earlier start for the right candidate

Remuneration: Based on qualifications and experience, in accordance with applicable award rates

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our clinical team in McKinnon.

This is an opportunity to step into an established caseload, delivering 1:1 and small-group clinical exercise sessions. You will work within a supportive clinical environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, with the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and take on additional hours as the role progresses.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality 1:1 exercise sessions
- Facilitate established small-group clinical exercise sessions
- Complete appropriate client assessments and ongoing reviews
- Apply strong clinical reasoning to develop and progress individualised exercise programs
- Monitor client progress and adapt exercise prescription accordingly
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- Provide a professional, client-centred experience

About you: We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist who:





- Holds ESSA or AHPRA accreditation
- Has strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Is confident working with small clinical groups
- Has a practical and client-centred approach to exercise prescription
- Has a solid clinical and exercise-based focus
- Is reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
- Has Clinical Pilates teaching experience (ideal but not essential)
