Immediate start for an experienced Butcher. This is NOT a sponsored position.

Experienced butchers only to apply. Applicants must possess the knowledge and ability to work on all cuts of Lamb, Pork, Beef and Chicken, the ability to bone beef and pork highly advantageous.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fulltime butchers for an immediate start, you must have your own transport and driver's license as there is no public transport close by.

The successful candidate needs to undertake the following:

· Cutting and preparing meats for wholesale orders.

· Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment to strict food safety standards.

· Weighing, packaging and displaying products.

· Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.

· Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

Skills and experience





· Certificate Iii in Meat Processing or relevant

· Must have at least 3 years of experience

· Food safety

· Safety standards
