Beecham Motors is seeking a Qualified Mechanic/Automotive Technician to join our dedicated team of highly qualified technicians in a great team environment, with a well-equipped workshop. An experienced technician with Nissan, Suzuki, or Renault Manufacturer training is preferred but not essential.

We are a second-generation family owned and operated Nissan, Suzuki, Renault, and Used car dealership, located in Caboolture just a short drive north of Brisbane. Our dealership has been in operation for 39 years, values a strong sense of family, and employs around 30 great local people in the Sales, Service, Parts and Finance divisions.
What We Offer:
- 5 day working week – No weekend work. Flexibility for the right candidate.
- Competitive salary: Salary at 20% above Award + Commission + 12% Super (on top)
- Good Conditions: 4 Weeks paid Annual Leave and 10 Days Sick Leave

What We’re Looking For:
- If you are a Master Tech, Senior Tech, or specialize in Diagnosis we want YOU!
- Automotive Technician/Mechanical Trade qualifications – Dealership specific experience not essential.
- Nissan, Suzuki, or Renault Manufacturer training preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional technical and product knowledge, diagnosis, and repair skills
- Make recommendations for additional work to the customer’s vehicle based on diagnostics
- Ability to work in a friendly team setting
Essential Skills for the Role:
- Great communication and time management skills.
- Positive attitude & attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Current manual Australian Driver's License.
- Willingness to learn and work with Service Manager and the team as needed.
- Passion for the Automotive Industry.
