About you:
- Has at least 5-10 years of chef experience in events catering. Ability to follow recipes and able to plate neatly with high efficiency.
- Control of food production, stock, food quality & consistency.
- Ability to manage, guide team members in execution and motivation.
- Keep work station orderly clean.
- Strong team player, communication skills and professional personal presentation.
- Be able to work during the week, weekends including day and nights.
- Must have own transport as event venues varies across Melbourne.
The Role:
- Pay from $40 per hour based on experience.
- Deliver corporate events menu and private events catering (wedding, corporate,
special occasion events) . We have planned events and would welcome applicants looking for casual work.
