Bassendean Total Health Care is looking for a warm, professional and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming and diverse team.

What we’re offering

- Part-time hours: approximately 15–20 hours per fortnight
- Additional hours available for upcoming leave cover
- $29.45 per hour, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and skills

As our Medical Receptionist,



you’ll be an important part of creating a positive experience for our patients and supporting our healthcare team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering and making telephone calls
- Managing patient bookings and the appointment diary
- Processing payments, including using the HICAPS terminal
- General reception and front-desk administration
- Supporting practitioners and allied health team members as required

Previous experience with Best Practice medical software is essential. Previous medical reception experience will be highly regarded. Why you’ll love this role:
