Finance matters. I think the interesting part is what this role gives someone already doing everything end to end in a startup. You keep that breadth, but get more support, an experienced and supportive CFO to learn from and real room to get deeper into FP&A; and commercial work.

The role

- Own the core finance rhythm across month end, reconciliations, reporting, compliance and payments in a multi entity, multi currency business. You will also work with external advisers.
- Give leaders a clear view of cash flow, budgets and forecasts, then help them understand what is changing and why.
- Bring an analytical eye to the numbers. Spot movements, ask the next question and follow the thread.
- Work closely with CFO and a small finance team,



taking ownership while helping folks earlier in their career develop.
- Find practical ways to simplify and automate finance processes, using better systems, smarter workflows and AI where it genuinely helps.

What you will bring

- You are CA or CPA qualified and working as a Finance Manager in a startup, scaleup or smaller growing business. A solid Senior Accountant ready to step up, or a hands on Financial Controller from a small company, could also fit.
- You have owned a broad finance remit covering financial control, reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
- You understand multi entity and multi currency finance, or have worked across an international business.
- You take ownership, find answers and move work forward. You know when to work independently and when to bring others into the conversation.
- You have worked somewhere busy, where priorities change and good judgement matters as much as following a process.
- You communicate directly, respond well to honest feedback and build trust with people outside finance.
