Company Background Our client is a well-established, leading not-for-profit organisation specialising in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing patient care.

Based 5 days on-site in their North Sydney office, they offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment with a structured finance function supporting a fast-paced organisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on Finance Officer contract supporting extended leave. Key responsibilities include:

- AP – processing supplier invoices, creating purchase orders, AP recs, arranging supplier payments, handling queries
- AR – generating invoices, liaising with business units on AR-related queries, assisting FC with AR reviews
- Bank reconciliations – updating Xero daily with bank transactions, updating daily treasury report, liaising with business units regarding receipts into bank accounts





Your BackgroundTo be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Immediately available with full-time working rights (short notice periods can also be considered for the right candidate)
- Must-have Xero system experience
- Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Prior experience within charity/not-for-profit or a similar workplace is highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
