About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Investment Adviser to support our fund investment activities and investor relationships. You will analyse investment opportunities, explain fund features and risks, and provide investment advice within the scope of the business’s financial services authorisations.

Working with the funds management and compliance teams, you will help investors make informed decisions and keep them updated on their investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Research debt investments and assess relevant market conditions, underlying security, liquidity and investment risks.
- Review fund documentation and performance information to develop investment recommendations within the approved product and advice scope.
- Explain investment objectives, fund structures, fees, distribution arrangements, withdrawal conditions and material risks to prospective and existing investors.
- Respond to investor enquiries and identify matters requiring further assessment or referral to an appropriately authorised adviser.
- Monitor fund performance and relevant property and credit market developments,



preparing reports and investor updates.
- Review existing investments with investors and discuss available options within the role’s authorised scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on investment applications, reporting and ongoing investor service.
- Maintain accurate records of research, recommendations and investor communications, following applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

· A tertiary qualification in finance, economics or a related discipline.

· Over 2 years relevant experience in investment advisory services, funds management or a closely related financial services role.

· Sound understanding of investment analysis, risk assessment and financial markets;

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain investment information clearly.

· Excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills.

· A qualified approach to confidentiality, recordkeeping and compliance.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with investment, operations and compliance teams.
