BIM Remedial Building Specialist is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis at our Frenchs Forest office.

About Us

BIM Remedial Building Specialist is an established Sydney remedial building contractor providing responsive, high-quality building remediation, repair and maintenance services to residential, multi-residential, strata and commercial properties across Sydney.

Out services include concrete and structural repairs, waterproofing, façade restoration, balcony repairs and upgrades, brickwork rectification, general building maintenance and repair, and industrial and commercial remedial works.

Due to the continued growth of our projects and operations, we require a dedicated Office Manager to oversee out administrative systems, office personnel and day-to-day office functions.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for organising and overseeing the company's administrative operations, office resources and administrative support personnel.

You will ensure that office systems, records, communications and administrative workflows operate efficiently and effectively support the company's remedial building and maintenance operations. The position will also facilitate administrative communications between management, office personnel, site teams,



clients, strata managers, contractors, suppliers and other professionals involved in the company's projects.

As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Organising and overseeing the company's day-to-day office operations & reviewing administrative systems, procedures & service standards;
- Managing company records, accounts documentation, invoices, correspondence, work orders, site records & electronic filing systems;
- Coordinating administrative documentation and communications relating to the company's remedial building, maintenance and repair projects;
- Coordinating personnel administration, including employee records, timesheets, payroll documentation, leave and onboarding;
- Liaising with management, site teams, clients, strata managers, contractors and suppliers to coordinate administrative matters and facilitate the resolution of office and operational issues;
- Allocating office resources and ensuring equipment, supplies and administrative systems are properly maintained;
- Supporting the administrative requirements of BIM's residential, strata, multi-residential and commercial remedial building operations;




- Maintaining productive systems for receiving and distributing project correspondence, client enquiries, supplier documentation and other business records;
- Coordinating administrative processes associated with contractors, suppliers and site personnel, including maintaining relevant records and documentation;
- Ensuring office operations comply with company policies, work health and safety requirements and applicable legislation;
- Preparing reports for management concerning office operations, staffing, expenditure & workflow.

Skills & Experience - Who we're looking for:

For this position, it is expected that you will posses the following qualifications/work experience:

- Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Management, or closely related field;
- At least one year of relevant office management or administrative experience, preferably in construction or a similar industry;
- Experience managing office systems, business records, accounts documentation and administrative workflows;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a construction environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document-management-systems;
- Sound knowledge of WHS and administrative compliance requirements;
- A proactive, reliable and detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills.

A salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation will be offered to the successful applicant.
