About The Prospect

The primary purpose of this position is to be the main point of contact for clients and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack — owning the client experience end to end while supporting key accounts and financial processes.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders and following up on invoices and payments




- Making outbound calls for relationship building and lead generation
- Preparing weekly reports and liaising with warehouses and couriers
- Answering inbound enquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Assisting with lead setup, onboarding, and accurate record-keeping

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- 2+ years experience in a phone-based client service role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills — ODOO and Slack highly regarded
