Join an award winning, not-for-profit provider seeking a calm and steady Head Chef / Chef Manager to lead a well-established culinary team at the 90+ resident facility.

Working collaboratively with the Catering Manager and a network of Head Chefs, you will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a medium size team, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

What You Bring to the Table

- A Certificate III or IV in Catering or Commercial Cookery.
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification and a strong working knowledge of HACCP and WHS compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management experience—you keep standards high while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent menu planning skills with an understanding of the nutritional, dietary, allergen, and texture requirements of older people.
- Aged care experience is highly desirable, but we warmly welcome strong, steady leaders from other culinary backgrounds.
