CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced HR Watercart Operator for our client’s civil construction projects based in Woolgoolga, NSW.

This role will involve operating a watercart across active civil construction work fronts, supporting dust suppression, earthworks, roadworks and general site activities.

Operators may also be required to assist with general ground labouring tasks as needed.
Excellent hours on offer with an ASAP start available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Protected and efficient operation of watercart machinery
- Watering roads, work areas and stockpiles for dust suppression
- Supporting earthworks, roadworks and site development activities
- Completing daily pre-starts and Take 5s
- Conducting basic machinery checks and general maintenance
- Assisting with general labouring duties when required
- Following all site safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience operating a watercart on civil construction sites
- Holds a valid HR Driver’s Licence
- Holds a current RII Watercart ticket
- Holds a Blue/White Construction Card
- Has reliable transport
- Is physically fit, reliable and safety-focused
- Willing to undertake general labouring duties when required
- Shows up presentable, punctual and ready to work




- Previous civil construction experience is highly regarded
