Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Rock Tools Technician based in Zeehan, Tasmania to join our team at the Mine. If you have a passion for the mining industry and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company, this entry-level opportunity is for you!

A rock tools technician works between the workshop and the underground mine site.

Key responsibilities

- Remove all worn and damaged rock tools from the drill sites.
n




- Safely transport drilling consumables such as drill bits and drill steels to various drill rigs underground.
n
- Ensure smooth and effective rock drilling operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

This is a residential role and no accommodation is provided.

What you'll need to succeed

- You must be residing in Zeehan.
n
- Manual Driver's License: Essential for transporting materials.
n
- Medical Clearance: Ability to pass a full functional medical.
n
- Background Check: Hays police check required.
n
- Experience: Previous labouring experience is a must.
