The Role

Due to growth of our Brisbane Insurance team, we're now seeking a Law Graduate to Junior Lawyer to work alongside David Slatyer and his team. This is an excellent chance to gain hands‐on experience across a diverse range of insurance matters while working closely with experienced practitioners who are committed to your development.

You will work on a broad mix of defendant insurance matters, including:
n
n
- Compulsory Third Party claims
n
- Public liability claims
n
- Property damage claims
n
- Subrogated recovery actions
n
- Insurance coverage and indemnity matters
n
n
Who We Are Looking For
n
We are interested in candidates who:
n
n
- Have recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor of Laws and are eligible for admission, or have up to 3 years' PQE
n
- Demonstrate strong academic performance from a well-respected university
n
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Are eager to build a career in insurance litigation
n
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
