Everlab is seeking a results-driven CRO/Growth lead to own the conversion path from ad click to booked discovery call. You will optimize landing pages and the quiz, run a rigorous experimentation program, and translate data into action to improve funnel performance.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid schedule, you will work with Growth, Design and Engineering to ship tests, analyze results and continuously improve metrics like start rate, completion rate and cost per booking.
