Permanent, Full Time| $95,000 - $99,000 per annum (depending onexperience and qualifications)

PCYC Queensland is looking for aPeople and Performance Advisor to join our busy People andPerformance team. This is a varied generalist HR role where no twodays are the same. You'll work closely with leaders and employeesacross the organisation, providing practical advice, coaching andsupport across a broad range of people matters.
n
Reporting to the People andPerformance Manager, you'll be a trusted partner to our leaders,helping them confidently navigate day-to-day performance, conductand employee matters.
n
Your days will bevaried, with opportunities to:
n
n
- Coach andsupport managers through performance, conduct and disciplinarymatters
n
- Undertakeworkplace investigations and provide sound, practicaladvice
n
- Interpret andprovide advice on policies, procedures, legislation andindustrial instruments
n
- Prepare HRcorrespondence, documentation and case managementrecords
n
- Attend meetingsand support leaders through challenging peoplematters
n
- Respond to HRqueries from across the organisation
n
- Maintainaccurate employee information in TechnologyOne
n
- Review wagecalculations and manage paid parental leavepayments
n
- Generate HR andtraining reports and contribute to People & Performanceprojects
n
- Build strongrelationships with leaders, employees and key stakeholdersacross PCYC
n
- Travel to PCYClocations across Queensland, sometimes at shortnotice
n
n
We're looking for someone who bringsenergy, sound judgement and a genuine desire to help people. You'llbe comfortable managing competing priorities, working throughcomplex matters and providing advice with confidence, whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy and attention todetail.

Most importantly, you'll understandthat good HR isn't just about policies and processes. It's about people, relationships and helping leaders create workplaceswhere employees can thrive.

AboutYou
n
You'llbring:
n
n
- Tertiaryqualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, witha minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar generalist HRrole
n
- Demonstratedexperience undertaking workplace investigations and managingperformance and disciplinary matters
n
- Strong knowledgeof employment legislation and industrial instruments, with theability to interpret and apply them in a practicalway
n
- Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills, with theability to work confidently with people at alllevels
n
- Strongorganisation and time management skills, with the ability tomanage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A high level ofattention to detail and accuracy
n
- A proactive,solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work throughchallenging situations
n
