Halcyon House is a 22 room luxury boutique hotel situated on the stunning coastline of NSW's Cabarita Beach, 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport. We are currently seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis.
The candidate will have
- Previous experience in a Hotel for at least 1 year
- Able to work a rotating roster over 7 days. Shifts are: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.
- Solid attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent computer skills
- Well groomed and professional in appearance
- Commitment with the flexibility to work weekends
- Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel and hospitality industry
- Available for immediate start
- RSA and food certificate preferred but not essential
